Amazing Paramount One bedroom

Unacceptable condition and unhygienic. Safety hazard. Not recommended at all Positive: Nothing Negative: Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I have been through. First of all, the apartment is extremely dirty. The carpet is very dirty, the place is full of cockroaches, the bidet has fungus and I have contacted the person in charge to change it and he only changed the one in the bedroom (he took pictures of it, you can check with him). The bidet in the guest toilet was leaking. Some of the plugs are not working and the person in charge claimed that this apartment was recently renovated and I don’t see how with all of this dirt and horrible furniture. Also the person in charge told us that the cockroaches problem is that they come from the corridor, as if I should accept this fact. I asked to place something under the door but he never got back to me.  Furthermore, when we checked in there were no tissues, no hand soap and no dish soap. Later the person I am in contact with ordered some from noon and brought it.  The service at the reception is horrible, today they sent up the security and he forced me escorting me to bring the luggage cart down myself and refused to send me the bell boy or take it down. I filed a complaint to the management down stairs and told me that this is not their policy and it was an individual mistake on the security’s behalf and the receptionist.  Lack of organization at the entrance of the hotel talking us 15 to get up with the car due to lots of traffic at the entrance and when asked about it, the valet started yelling and telling us that they don’t have enough staff and I should go and complain to management.  It is so unfortunate that I am going through this experience here instead of having a relaxing few days. My days so far have been contacting the coordinator for the property, asking for maintenance and having problems with the staff.  I will be in touch with the authorities as the place is in an unacceptable condition and unhygienic

Great Positive: Great Location , well equipped , well kept ! Negative: Overall , its great!

Positive: Location + view +staff Negative: Cleaning + Insects But after complaining, the cleaning was done perfectly.

Overall impression of the stay: I couldn't wait to leave this place... Positive: Location and lobby. Negative: I would not recommend these apartments for stays longer than a few days. 1) The apartments lack essential kitchenware. 2) You will only be given 3 towels. 3) Many things look damaged and need maintenance. 4) There was water leaking in the toilet. 5) There are no bath mats in the bathroom. 6) There is no mattress protector on the bed. 7) During my 3-week stay, no one came to clean the room. 8) There's nowhere to dry clothes, as there's no drying rack. 9) The sofa in the living room has no pillows. 10) Only one key is provided for two guests. 11) Many elements in the apartments need updating, as they appear worn out. Overall impression of the stay: I couldn't wait to leave this place...
